A new hotel operator

Our tenant Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town in January 2024, it will have over 355 rooms and will become the largest hotel in the very center of the city of Wrocław.

Underground car park

Parking in the very center of Wrocław with the possibility of renting a parking space for hours. There are 310 spaces in the underground car park, open 24 hours a day.

The facility, distinguished by its beautiful architecture, consists of a hotel part - a five-star hotel of the Wyndham chain, a Conference Center and a commercial part. The building also has a three-level underground car park with over 300 spaces.

The Wratislavia Center complex is one of the most important facilities of this type in Wrocław and the entire Lower Silesian region.

Underground parking in the city center

We are a car park open all year round - 24 hours a day. We have 310 parking spaces on three different levels, we can help you find a free space.

Our qualified staff ensures safety and assistance. The car park is monitored and protected by Delta Security employees. We have places marked for the disabled in the immediate vicinity of the elevator.

PARKING SERVICES PRICE LIST

  • Parking space – 24 hours. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The customer parks in the first available space, excluding marked spaces.

    Subscription price: PLN 150 gross / 24 hours

  • Parking place - not reserved. Available 24 hours a day, the customer parks in the first free space, except for places marked as reserved and reserved for people with disabilities.

    Subscription price PLN 650 gross / month                           

  • Parking place - reserved. Available 24 hours a day, during the stop, the Customer parks the vehicle in a specially designated place.

    Subscription price: PLN 950 gross / month
